Sidewalk Artist

Today we went to our friends' house. We had a blast--as ALWAYS!!! Aliya spent all the time outdoors in the backyard, jumping on the "jump-0-lene" or drawing with the sidewalk chalk.

Right before we were leaving, she wanted me to look at her work. She kept pointing to the big ladybug in the center, but I thought for sure Niah had drawn it. She keptpointing to the ladybug and insisting she drew it, so I thought I would take a picture because it was amazing to me.

Celebrating the BIG

This past weekend was a BIG weekend! We had a lot of BIG things happen, and we would like to share them with you.

#1 BIG Smiles

There's this little guy in our family who has learned how to make BIG smiles!

#2 BIG Bottle

Isaiah had his first bottle today! I tried once before when he was a few weeks old, but he wouldn't have anything to do with it. Today, he seemed to get the hang of it pretty quickly. Daddy was VERY happy to have this FIRST experience with him.

#3 BIG Bed

On Sunday TJ took apart the cradle because Isaiah has been sleeping in his crib for the past month. He still technically fits in the cradle, but because we don't use it, we could use the "extra" space. Even though I know we don't "have to" put it up, it's still a little sad because it means he is growing up.

Sneaky Sleepers

The girls have been sneaking into our bed lately. I normally do not approve because I sleep better when I have all the room to myself. I usually do not consider it "cute" when I find them in my bed, but this morning was an exception--I thought they were adorable!!!
