Baby Lucas
I have a new little nephew!!! Lucas Aaron was born on March 18, 2010. My sister Marcie has been very busy from all the things that come from having a newborn, and she hasn't been able to post ADEQUATE pictures of the new little guy. So, I took a little trip down to Crosby, Texas, to see for myself if he was worthy of all the attention...

and YEP!!! He is a handsome fellow! He is such a good baby. He rarely fussed--even when Isaiah "loved" on him. Isaiah also played the pacifier game with Lucas. The pacifier game is nothing more than taking Lucas' pacifier and putting it in his own mouth, over and over again. Isaiah thinks it's funny because he hasn't learned about germs yet!!!

The only other thing that Isaiah loved more than Lucas was the BIG back yard! Isaiah convinced Niah to take him out there several times a day so that Isaiah could play with the ball on the trampoline.
I really enjoyed getting to know Ryan--he was such a fun kid. If I had an errand to run, he wanted to go along and be my big helper. Each time we left, Ryan tried to help me find the doughnut shop so that we could pick up some doughnuts, but we never could "find" it. When Ryan wasn't hanging out with me, he was hanging out with Niah. They played lots of games together. It was really cute.

Gracie was a little sweetheart. She reminds me so much of "Little Marcie". I have many fond memories of my little sister, and Gracie just took me on a little trip back in time. Gracie had a lot to say, but unfortunately, I required a translator to understand most of it. I didn't need a translator, though, to understand how much she loves her new little brother!

While we were there, Marcie gave Niah a project assignment for the baby's room. Niah enjoyed working on the project, and I was amazed with the results. If we had stayed longer, she would have helped create a few more.

Kiahna and Aliya didn't go with me this time because they were having too much fun with Daddy; however, they have decided that they MUST go the next time. So, we are already planning out next trip. Thank you, Marcie and Bill, for letting us come hang out!

Absolutely LOVE it! Wish we would've gotten more pics, maybe next time we'll remember to get the camera out. Can't wait for you to come again...maybe next time I won't be so sick for most of the trip!
