VBS Trip to MARS

This past week the kids and I participated in Vacation Bible School.  The theme revolved around a trip to Mars, or "NASA" as the kids call it. Isaiah was a few feet shorter and a few years younger than the rest of the kids in the class, but he made up for it in effort and ability!

Niah and I worked as volunteers.  Niah did a great job!   She was such a big help, and the kids really liked the gentle attention she gave.

The kids loved it, and are ready to do it again next year.  I think I might need a year to recover, and get motivated to do it again! 

The best part was the last day.  The finale was at the Kingfisher INDOOR pool/water park.  Of course THAT was a hit!  The trip to Mars was fun, but the trip to the pool was the best!
